- Initial Contact: Contractors will install a fiber enclosure near your current coaxial box.
- Notification: You’ll receive an informational letter with your new fiber plan 15-30 days before the upgrade.
- Consultation: Our team will answer any questions and schedule your installation.
- Installation: A technician will complete the setup, providing speeds at least 5x faster.
Is there an installation charge?

Will my yard be impacted?
Construction crews aim to minimize disruption by using rights-of-way. Any disturbances will be restored upon completion.
How will I receive updates?

A fiber drop connects Rainbow’s network to your home. It’s installed during construction but requires splicing and other work before activation.
