Rainbow Announces Support for Community Projects Across Local Communities
Rainbow is proud to support several community-focused initiatives with grants aimed at enhancing education, public safety, historical preservation, and recreational spaces.
In Robinson, KS, a $5,000 Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) grant, sponsored by Rainbow, will support upgrades to the city ballpark, fostering community pride and active lifestyles. Armor Academy in Everest, KS, received a $3,545 grant to acquire a Clear Touch Interactive Learning Board, enriching digital learning for students. Additionally, Horton Elementary School was awarded $1,000 through FRS to host "Career on Wheels," a hands-on event introducing students to various career opportunities.
Rainbow is also enhancing public safety in Hiawatha, KS, by funding a $5,000 grant for the city police department to acquire advanced digital forensics software, aiding modern criminal investigations. In Seneca, KS, the Nemaha County Historical Society received a $4,630 grant to modernize its technology for better preservation and sharing of local historical records.
