At Rainbow, we believe the best way to improve is by listening to the people we serve.
That’s why we recently conducted a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey among our
residential and business customers. We want to sincerely thank everyone who took the
time to participate. Your feedback helps us continue building stronger connections,
improving service, and planning for the future.
What is NPS?
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is one of the most widely used measures of customer loyalty
and satisfaction. It’s based on one simple question: “How likely are you to recommend
Rainbow to a friend, family member, or business associate?”
Customers respond on a scale from 0 to 10, and those responses are used to calculate
a score ranging from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the stronger the customer
loyalty and overall experience.
Why It Matters
NPS gives us valuable insight into what we’re doing well and where we can continue
improving. For broadband providers, scores can vary widely. Many internet providers
score in the 20–40 range, while scores above 50 are considered excellent. Scores above
70 are often viewed as world-class.
We’re proud to share that Rainbow received an NPS score of 65 among residential
customers and 68 among business customers. These results reflect the trust our
customers place in us and the relationships we work hard to build every day.
As a local company, customer feedback means more than just numbers. Our customers
are also our neighbors, friends, schools, farms, and businesses. Your comments and
suggestions help shape the way we serve our communities today and into the future.
Thank you again to everyone who participated in the survey. Your feedback
helps us become a better provider and continue creating connections
— both technologically and personally.
