The future of TV is streaming. Did you know that you can stream on your TV using a streaming device such as a Roku or Fire Stick? However, more than that, you have the flexibility to watch TV on your tablet or smartphone, too. Streaming is typically less expensive than traditional TV service and offers a high-quality picture. Most streaming services and devices are user-friendly, and you can learn a lot from visiting their websites. However, if you are new to streaming and would prefer personal assistance we can help you through the process.
Streaming Care: $3.95/month for 12 months

Streaming Care Connect: $5.95/month for 12 months
- Personal assistance with account set-up for Roku/Amazon & a streaming service at one of our office locations or at your home. A technician will come to your home and connect a Rainbow recommended streaming device.
Terms & Conditions: Streaming Care customers must subscribe to a wire-line Rainbow internet package. A twelve-month minimum subscription is required. If a customer disconnects before the end of agreement then the customer will pay for any remaining months left on the agreement term. Rainbow is not a reseller of streaming services, nor has access to any customer account information. Rainbow representatives can assist with general knowledge questions regarding initial streaming services and devices, otherwise all ongoing support will need to be through the streaming service provider and, or streaming device manufacturer. The Streaming Care Connect fee includes one truck roll and to connect only Rainbow-recommended streaming devices. Any additional truck rolls beyond setting up the initial streaming devices will be a charge of $45.00 per truck roll. Streaming Care is not included as part of a standard internet install, Premium Wi-Fi install, or Safeguard Protection Plan. Streaming Care does not cover the repair or replacement of any TVs, streaming devices, or remote controls, nor the installation/mounting of any audio or video equipment at the customer premise.
