You may have heard that we are rearranging some of our high definition channels. Click here to read more about our SD to HD channel rearrangement. Because of the TV lineup changes, you may want to double check your DVR series recordings you have set up.

If you had a series recording on a high definition channel, you will need to set up a new recording on the new channel number. For example, if you recorded The Bachelor on channel 209 you will need to cancel that series recording and set up a new series recording for The Bachelor on channel 9.

When are these changes happening?
Week of March 11 for the Basic tier and week of March 18 for Bronze, Silver and Gold Tiers.
